Description:

The "Imperial Palaces Guide" App is the official audio guide developed by the Imperial Household Agency in Japan. It is designed to enhance the visitor experience at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, and the Kyoto Imperial Palace by providing informative tours in six languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, French, and Spanish.
The "Palaces Guide" App presents a collection of photographs that complement the audio tours available within the app. These tours focus on the Imperial Palace, the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, and the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Upon downloading the app, users can select their preferred language and choose from one of three available tours. A map of the tour area and audio guide points will then be displayed on the screen.
If granted access to the device's GPS functionality, the app will notify users when they approach a location with accompanying commentary. Additionally, it will indicate the user's current location on the map and display nearby audio commentary locations for better navigation.
